Can't Find your Android:

  1. Restart your phone and restart your computer. You'd be surprised how often this fixes things.
  2. Make sure you are using a USB DATA cable! Accidentally using a charge cable will not allow data transfer with the computer.
  3. On Windows, download your the Universal ADB Drivers. If that doesn't work, try installing your manufacturer's drivers.
  4. Enable ADB debugging
  5. Set your USB mode to PTP (it is usually MTP or Charge Only)

Do not open a bug or contact support for this issue. If these steps do not resolve it, there is no "other" solution. Follow the instructions.
